By accessing and using Astrogoy (the "Service"), operated by [Owner name] (email: Conttrol@proton.me), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
II. Use of the Service
The Service provides astrology tools for entertainment and self-knowledge purposes. Generated content does not constitute medical, psychological, financial or legal advice. You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful, personal purposes
- Not reproduce or commercially exploit content without authorisation
- Not attempt to access systems or data that do not belong to you
- Not use the Service for fraudulent activities or activities that harm third parties
III. Accounts and Registration
Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms.
IV. Privacy and Data Protection
The processing of your data is governed by our Privacy and Cookie Policy. Astronomical calculations are performed on the server with Swiss Ephemeris. Saved charts are stored encrypted in Supabase.
V. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of generated astrological content
- We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months
VI. Intellectual Property
All content is owned by Astrogoy or its licensors and protected by applicable law. Astrological interpretations generated or assisted by AI are for personal, non-commercial use, provided for educational and entertainment purposes under prior human review.
VII. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be notified at least 15 days in advance. Continued use implies acceptance.
